No one knows how long that “while” was. For a year, economists show that an extra 1,600 Americans died above the average rate of annual fatal vehicle accidents.
Whose fault is this? Does it have to be someones fault? The Bubonic Plague led to the enlightenment. The best time to speed on a highway in attempt to avoid a ticket is when you see a Police Officer handing out a ticket to a fellow speeder. Lightening rarely strikes twice in the same place, at the same time.
Smoking cigarettes causes cancer. The same person that doesn't smoke cancer probably has a higher chance of being struck by a car while riding their road bike for exercise.
